Applicant should be a graduate in Civil Engineering with Minimum 15 years experience in which 5 of them as PM for infrastructure project(s).  Must have experience in developing and negotiating subcontractor agreements. High communication and problem solving skills. Forward Thinker, having a good financial knowledge and knowledge of MS Office applications is a must.
